Energy Inspection Revitalised – New faces, New user focus
Come along to learn about some exciting changes at Energy Inspection. Foundation TPA, industry advisor and technical expert ,Rebecca Robins will lead the session and answer your questions. Some of the changes we will be discussing include:

  • The expansion of the Energy Inspection Team with more people bringing different types and levels of experience to help us help you.
  • A new focus on customer success with the development of free CPD modules, changes to the licencing structure incorporating free licences for both existing TPAs & trainees and opportunities to learn one on one.
  • Improvements to BERS Pro with opportunities for you to provide feedback to help us improve and update our software.

SPEAKER:

Rebecca Robins

Rebecca is a foundation NatHERS Assessor with extensive experience across all parts of the NatHERS industry. Since 1996, she has worked with a focus on both the success of her TPA business, Efficiency Assessments, as well as the growth, development & professional recognition of all Assessors through behind the scenes work to improve the systems, information, & regulatory environment.  

Over the years she has coupled working in the private sector with providing services to all levels of government & AAOs.  She is accredited in three NatHERS software and has worked with ABSA, BASIX & NatHERS on various projects.  She has recently joined the DMN TASC and is looking forward to further contributing to NatHERS and the TPAs within the scheme.

Her aim is to  encourage assessor autonomy and ability to make professional judgements based on a sound understanding of building efficiency principles and the underlying processes of the NatHERS software and Chenath engine.
