We're currently seeking a contractor to support us in managing a surge in workload. This role has the potential to evolve into either part-time or full-time employment in the coming months. REQUIREMENTS • Proven REVIT skills (non-negotiable) • Proven experience in preparing working drawings with REVIT • Minimum of 5 years post graduate experience • At least 2 years of local experience in residential projects • Ability to juggle multiple assignments • Previous passive house knowledge is a plus but not a must • Must like dogs (we have an office puppy) • Ability to work independently and in a team • Strong organisational and time-management skills WE OFFER • Flexible, family-friendly working hours • Hybrid working arrangement: home office on Mondays and Fridays • Great office facility with natural light • All equipment (laptop), software and licenses needed • Training internal and external provided • Public exposure at seminars, talks and networking events • Proximity to public transport and free parking • Career progression opportunities • Salary negotiable Preferred start date negotiable.
