This session provides a practical introduction to the key energy efficiency changes introduced in NCC 2025 Volume One Preview Draft for commercial buildings (Class 3 and Class 5–9).
The session will work through changes to the Deemed-to-Satisfy (DTS) and J1V3 pathways, and how those changes are likely to impact building design.
Attendees will gain an understanding of NCC 2025, the mechanics of compliance, and how to prepare Commercial building designs for NCC 2025 adoption.
