This is a 2-part course. Each session will run for 1.5hr plus 30 minutes for QA. The course covers the three key areas of compliance in NCC Housing Provisions section 10.8.3 - ventilation of bathrooms etc, wall construction and roof construction. We take a whole range of real world examples such as bathrooms in multi res parapet walls and box gutters and BAL rated builds to name a few and what these changes mean. The course helps translate the requirements into practical solutions using many examples.
