We’re excited to launch the new DMN City Event Series, bringing technical presentations, industry insights, and networking opportunities to our members and the wider built environment community through face-to-face events in Perth and Melbourne, complemented by live streaming for those unable to attend in person, and we’re delighted to announce the first event in the Perth series.

Paul Young is the Sales & Technical Manager at Kingspan Insulation and specialises in condensation management, energy efficiency, and high-performance insulation solutions. With over a decade of experience across the UK and Australia, he has developed a strong track record in technical guidance, specification, and commercial sales within the construction materials sector.  Known for his practical, solutions-focused approach, Paul works closely with designers to improve building performance and supports clients in addressing complex challenges to deliver compliant and sustainable outcomes


Joel Meek -  is a building and construction professional specialising in design and product innovation.  His work at James Hardie Australia places him at the forefront of building trends, focusing on modern methods of construction and collaborating closely with stakeholders across the residential sector, to support the delivery lightweight building solutions. His ability to connect technical design expertise with practical on-site applications is underpinned by two decades of experience as a Building Designer with some of Australia’s leading construction companies.
