With more than 15 years’ professional experience spanning public and private sectors in areas of property and planning, Melinda influences positive project outcomes in the most complex of circumstances. Committed to leaving a positive impact on the people and environment she encounters, Melinda is community-minded and focused on developing a mutually beneficial network. Having led hundreds of planning projects across Victoria, Melinda has proven to be a strategic thinker and proficient negotiator.

Cameron Ryder
Ryder Arboriculture

Cameron has been involved in the broader horticulture industry for 23 years including 17 studying and practicing arboriculture. In that time he has developed a broad understanding of the natural environment, trees and vegetation. Attending the University of Melbourne (Burnley College) he completed an Advanced Diploma in Horticulture (Arboriculture) and a Bachelor of Horticulture with Honours.

Luke Sturgess
Sustainable Tree Management

Luke Sturgess is the Owner/Director and Senior Arborist at Sustainable Tree Management Pty Ltd. Luke established the business in 2008, with an initial focus on practical field arboricultural services. The company has evolved into a fast-growing specialist arboricultural consultancy which services a diverse range of clients, including Government owned utilities, Tier 1 companies and large construction firms.
