Vincent will discuss the role that urban design plays in developing successful townhouse schemes on infill sites within established suburbs, with a focus on 2-3 storey proposals in metropolitan Melbourne. He will outline the key tips and tricks to look out for, particularly during the site analysis stage, and how to respond to ‘neighbourhood character’.

Vincent is an experienced urban designer, with a background in town planning and architecture. He specialises in synthesizing policy and providing planning and design advice for infill developments across metropolitan Melbourne that contribute towards good urban design outcomes. He is particularly passionate about striking the right balance between achieving urban consolidation, promoting quality design and meeting expectations of development regulations.
