Overview:

Join Design Matters National for an engaging and informative tour of Ferrars & York, an award-winning building enabled by HIP V. HYPE, designed in collaboration with Six Degrees Architects and recognised in the DMN Building Design Awards 2023 Awards as the best Multi-Residential over $6M project category for the East Coast. This tour highlights the exceptional quality of designs created by DMN members and showcases excellent, innovative and sustainable building practices. The tour will begin at the entrance of 203 Ferrars Street (Ferrars & York Collective), where HIP V.HYPE will provide an overview of the Ferrars & York project. Following this, participants will move through the building where tour host and HIP V. HYPE Founder, Liam Wallis, will explain the use of EV charging and key sustainability features before moving up to Level 5 for an overview of HV.Hotel and the roof yard. The tour will conclude with a session for final questions and refreshments.

· 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM: Guided tour of Ferrars & York, featuring insights into its award-winning design and sustainability features.
· 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM: Refreshments and networking session on the rooftop, offering panoramic views and the opportunity to connect with industry professionals.

· HIP V. HYPE’s Founder, Liam Wallis, will run the tour with the support of the HIP V. HYPE team.

This event is for DMN members including building designers, energy efficiency assessors, architects, surveyors, and planners, highlighting the caliber of our community.
