Changes to the Medium Density R-Codes with the DPLH

OVERVIEW:
The WA Government has released the long-anticipated Medium Density Housing Code. The challenge for the building and development industry now is to come up to speed with the new Codes, and ensure an understanding of the key changes to current medium density housing designs. The Design WA team from the Department of Planning, Lands and Heritage will provide an overview of the Codes followed by a Q&A. Join Dan Bromley, Manager of Design Policy and Jenna Campbell, Senior Urban Designer from DPLH who will seek to provide a high-level understanding of the key changes and intention of the Medium Density Housing Code.
