Andrew Lovelock is a Licensed Surveyor at Speedie Development Consultants Pty. Ltd. which is a Land Survey and Civil Engineering Consultancy established in Hastings in 1964, and is responsible for all survey aspects of the practice, including management of 15 survey staff. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Surveying) 1976, is a Member of the Institution of Surveyors Victoria, 1980, holds Certificate of Competency in Surveying issued by the Surveyors Board of Victoria 1981, and was appointed as an examiner for the Surveyors Registration Board of Victoria.
